01 April 2010

My pain level is actually quite low.  It's been a few weeks since I've felt this good on the gout front.  The finger that was acting up yesterday feels much better as does my elbow.  I did notice some slight twinges in both my big toes this morning but they don't seem to be getting any worse.  However, I am still feeling really run down and tired.  I don't know what is causing this since I'm getting plenty of sleep and eating healthy.  Just general stress perhaps.  I do have a lot going on and a lot on my mind.  I'm going to hold off on doing anything too strenuous until I have a couple of days in a row of gout inactivity.  I don't want to spur anything on like I did last time.  We will be doing quite a bit of urban walking this coming weekend, so that will be a nice warm-up in to hopefully a more rigorous workout regime starting next week.  I'll keep my fingers crossed.
